What you need to know about our advice service
PWCAC endeavour to always provide our clients with information which is accurate, precise and as reliable as possible. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in respect of certain activities around debt counselling.
Limitations of our advice
PWCAC's advice should not be construed as professional accountancy or legal advice. We are not accountants or legal professionals. Our aim is to provide free guidance on your rights and responsibilities, but we can only do this if we receive full and accurate information and evidence from you about your circumstances. Should we, or you, believe you require more specialist assistance, you should seek instruction from an appropriately qualified professional.
Our Liability to you
PWCAC are not liable (legally responsible) for actions taken by you based on our advice given.
We are not responsible for, nor can we guarantee the accuracy of, the information obtained from a third-party or websites we provide links to. We do not endorse linked websites nor are we connected to the people who run them.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, financial disadvantages, inconvenience or any other financial burdens (including debt) that you incur as a result of relying on our advice.
How to get advice
We give advice over the phone, by email or face to face, depending on what suits your needs. You are welcome to drop in whenever we are open but we cannot guarantee we will have an adviser available to help you immediately.
